Solo, Together is a travel community for people who love the idea of exploring the world independently while still having the connection and support of traveling alongside others.

Many travelers want to see new places but don’t always have a partner, friend group, or schedule that aligns. Solo, Together solves that by creating opportunities to travel freely while still benefiting from shared accommodations, group rates, and a built-in community of like-minded travelers.

Absolutely. Solo, Together is built on the belief that travel should be welcoming and accessible to everyone. Our community proudly welcomes travelers of all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels—including LGBTQ+ travelers, people of color, women traveling solo, and travelers of all ages.

We are committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind is not tolerated in this community.

At its core, Solo, Together is about connecting curious, kind travelers who want to explore the world while respecting the people they travel with and the places they visit.

Each Solo, Together trip is built around a shared destination and travel window. We select a well-located, reasonably priced “hub” hotel where many travelers choose to stay so it’s easy to connect with others throughout the trip.

If you decide to join, we can book that hotel for you—or help you find another option if you prefer something more luxurious or more budget-friendly. Travelers who want to save on costs can also opt to be paired with a pre-approved roommate.

From there, the experience is designed to be flexible. You can explore completely independently or connect with other Solo, Together travelers whenever you’d like.

To help you plan, you’ll also receive:

• Suggested itineraries you can follow or adapt

• Packing lists to make preparing easier

• Access to a private pre-trip community so travelers can connect before the trip

If you’d like more support, we can also arrange flights, airport transfers, excursions, or even build a personalized itinerary for a small planning fee.

In other words: as much structure—or freedom—as you want.

Unlike large group tours with rigid schedules, we focus on curated experiences, smaller groups, and built-in flexibility. That means shared moments—like local food, nature experiences, and cultural discoveries—balanced with free time to wander, recharge, or follow your own interests.

You’re never required to do everything with the group, but you’ll always have people to connect with when you want company. Think of it as independent travel with a built-in community.

We keep it small and manageable. Right now, our target group size is up to 10-12 people; this allows us to ensure everyone is having the best possible experience and we can give everyone the individual attention they may (or may not!) need during their trip.

Our goal is to keep Solo, Together trips flexible and accessible. There’s no membership fee to join the community or participate in a trip.

Travelers simply book their hotel through us at the same competitive rates you’d typically find online. From there, you can keep things simple or choose to add extra support—like flights, transfers, excursions, or a custom itinerary—for a small planning fee.

This approach keeps the experience flexible: you only pay for the level of planning and support you want.
