Client Agreement
Wayward Wings Travel provides travel planning and booking services as an independent affiliate of City to Sea Travel. By choosing to work with us, you agree to the following:
Services
We assist with researching, planning, and booking travel elements such as flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and insurance referrals. Specific services provided will be based on the scope of your trip request.
Payments & Booking
You are responsible for making payments by the deadlines communicated. We will not proceed with bookings until required payments or deposits are received.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients consider purchasing travel insurance to help protect against unexpected events like cancellations, interruptions, or medical emergencies. Whether or not to purchase a policy is your personal choice. Wayward Wings Travel is not responsible for any losses related to lack of coverage.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided (e.g., names as shown on passports), securing valid passports and visas, and meeting any destination-specific requirements including health or vaccination guidelines.
Liability
Wayward Wings Travel acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or delays by third-party providers. You agree to hold Wayward Wings Travel harmless for any disruptions or losses outside of our control.
Privacy
