2026 From Burnout to Flight Veterinary Retreat Terms + Conditions

Welcome! We’re thrilled you’re joining us. Before you reserve your spot, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By submitting your deposit or payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your spot. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Payment can be made via our Stripe payment link.

2. Limited Availability

  • Each retreat is limited to 15 participants. Once all spots are filled, no additional reservations can be made.

  • Deposits are applied on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are refundable in full if cancelled on or before April 1st.

  • Deposits are non-refundable after April 1st, except in the event of retreat cancellation by Wayward Wings Travel.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If you must cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to accommodate substitutions if available.

5. Health, Safety & Dietary Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.

  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of registration.

  • Wayward Wings Travel will do its best to accommodate dietary needs, but cannot guarantee full accommodation for all restrictions.

6. Liability

  • Wayward Wings Travel is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

7. Photo/Video Consent

  • Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing or social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

8. Changes to Itinerary

  • Itineraries, activities, or locations may be subject to change due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

9. Agreement

By submitting your deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the disclosure of any dietary restrictions and our force majeure policy.
