Who It’s For

This retreat is designed for veterinary professionals—including but not limited to vet techs, assistants, doctors, managers and students—who are feeling emotionally depleted, seeking community, or simply needing space to breathe.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are.
